Production Timelines
Crafted Specifically For You
All garments are produced specifically for you. We do not hold inventory, to ensure minimal waste and maximum quality.
Made to Order and Made to Measure
Production typically takes 3 weeks before shipment.
Accessories
In stock accessories ship within 2 to 4 business days.
Step 02
Order Processing
Transparency is key. You will be notified at every major step of the journey.
First, an order confirmation once your purchase is placed.
Second, a shipping confirmation with tracking once your piece is dispatched.
Step 03
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via insured, trackable courier service.
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200. Below that, a flat $20 within Canada and the United States, and $45 to international destinations.
Signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your investment reaches you safely. Each garment is meticulously packaged to preserve its structure and finish in transit.

International Orders
Duties & Taxes
Orders to the United States and within Canada include duties and taxes. For other destinations, local duties and taxes may apply and are determined by your customs authority.

Fit Comes First
Confidence in Every Stitch
We do not offer traditional returns. Instead, we stand behind the fit.
If your garment does not fit as intended, we provide complimentary alterations or a remake on your first order.
