Fit. Delivery. Remakes. Care.

Clarity.

Everything you need to know — before and after you order.

Our standard delivery window for Made-to-Order (MTO) and Made-to-Measure (MTM) is 3 weeks from order confirmation. That timeline is possible because we run a streamlined production flow with dedicated partners and a tight fabric inventory strategy.

Contingency safeguard: in rare cases (peak season, customs delays, fabric allocation, or carrier disruption), delivery may extend beyond 3 weeks. If anything changes, we email you immediately with a revised ETA.

Once your order is confirmed, it moves through a clear sequence: validation → cutting → assembly → finishing → final inspection → dispatch.

You’ll receive email updates at key milestones, plus a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

If your event date is firm, we recommend ordering at least 5 weeks ahead whenever possible. Our standard window is 3 weeks, but the extra margin protects you from customs or carrier delays.

If you’re inside that window, contact us before ordering and we’ll tell you what’s realistic based on destination and production load.

Yes — we ship internationally. We currently ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to US, Canada, UK, and the EU, meaning duties/taxes are handled upfront where available.

For destinations outside those regions, duties and local import fees (if applicable) may be collected at delivery by your local authority or courier.

We primarily ship from Canada using FedEx and DHL, selected by destination and service reliability.

Signature requirements vary by destination and address type. Some business addresses and high-value routes may require a signature for secure delivery.

That’s exactly why we built ZB Fit Intelligence. Our Fit Engine uses your inputs to recommend the right base size and balance — then you keep those measurements on file for future orders.

If your first order still needs refinement, we guide you through tailoring using an alteration credit. If tailoring can’t solve the issue, your first order is eligible for a remake (see below).

If your first order needs minor tailoring, we provide an alteration credit you can use with any tailor you choose.

Alteration credit (USD):

  • Jacket: $75
  • Trousers: $55
  • Waistcoat: $35
  • Maximum per order: $145

To redeem, send us your tailoring receipt and we’ll apply the credit as store credit or reimbursement (depending on your checkout region and payment method).

Because MTO/MTM pieces are made specifically for you, we don’t offer returns for style preference (fabric choice, lapel style, silhouette preference, etc.).

If you need help choosing the right look, message us before ordering — we’ll guide you toward the right cloth and cut for your use case.

If your body changes after you order, contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t progressed past the point of no return, we’ll do our best to update the order.

If the garment is already completed, we’ll support you with tailoring guidance and keep your updated measurements on file for your next order.

Yes. We support separate sizing so you’re not forced into a mismatched set. ZB Fit Intelligence is built for real proportions — not “one size set” assumptions.

Yes — remakes are available on your first order only, when the issue can’t reasonably be corrected through standard tailoring.

Time limit: report fit issues within 14 days of delivery (with clear photos). We’ll first evaluate tailoring options; if it’s not fixable, we’ll proceed with a remake pathway.

Typically not fixable by tailoring:

  • Shoulders too narrow/wide (structure mismatch)
  • Armholes significantly too low (can’t be raised meaningfully)
  • Jacket balance issues (front/back imbalance that alters drape)
  • Chest/upper arm tightness near armhole (pattern limitation)
  • Sleeve pitch problems (rotation mismatch)
  • Jacket length needing major change (style/pocket placement constraints)
  • Trouser rise/crotch shape problems (comfort and mobility)
  • Seat/thigh pattern too tight where there’s no seam allowance to release

If tailoring can solve it, we’ll steer you to the fastest fix — then save the updated measurements so your next order is dialed.

Our tailoring uses structured construction designed to hold shape and age well. Most pieces are built on a canvas-supported chest for clean drape and long-term integrity.

Why it matters: canvassing helps the jacket mold to you over time, keeps the chest clean, and improves longevity compared to fully fused builds.

We source premium fabrics from respected mills and suppliers — including Italian heritage producers such as Vitale Barberis Canonico (VBC) — alongside other high-grade options selected for durability, recovery, and finish.

We focus on fabric performance first: how it drapes, how it recovers, and how it holds its line in real life.

Not always. Higher “Super” numbers can feel softer and finer, but they may also be more delicate. The best choice depends on your use case.

If you want an everyday suit that holds up, a balanced range often performs better than chasing the highest number on the label.

Yes — where the model is designed for it. Some silhouettes include higher rises, pleats, and tailored waist shaping.

If you’re aiming for a specific look, message us before ordering and we’ll point you to the right cut for that outcome.

We use premium trim selections designed to age well — including durable buttons (often horn-style) and breathable linings chosen for comfort, movement, and longevity.

Specific materials can vary by product and fabric, and are listed on the product page when applicable.

Less than you think. Over-cleaning shortens the life of tailoring. We recommend: spot clean when needed, steam to refresh, and dry clean only when genuinely necessary (odor/stains).

Use a wide-shouldered hanger to support structure. Let the suit rest between wears, and store it in a breathable garment bag if it’s traveling or seasonal.

Yes — especially in textured weaves or more casual cloths. Smooth worsteds read more formal, while texture makes the jacket easier to dress down.

We’re not pricing for trend churn — and we’re not charging for a traditional bespoke overhead model either. We focus spend where it matters: fabric, structure, and fit logic.

You get a garment built to hold its line — with a repeatable fit system that improves every time you order.
