SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our current processing time is 21 days and we try our best to have it with you within the time frame. If you require your purchase before that send us an email and we’ll try our best to expedite the process.

To change your shipping address, please log in to your account and make the appropriate changes. If you do not have an account, you can get in touch with us here. We’ll be happy to help you change your shipping address. Please note this might cause a delay in delivery.

Our shipping fee always includes customs duties and import taxes. Please note that delivery into extended areas may take a day or two longer.

We ensure our orders are processed and delivered to your doorstep within 21 days of ordering, and we will be in touch once your order has been shipped.

Zane Barlas has a global reach and ships worldwide to over 200 locations, using premium courier services.

Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes, forwarding addresses or courier collection points. We do deliver to all home and office addresses.

MEASUREMENTS

All orders are made from scratch and therefore Made-to-Measure.

Measurements Provided

After selecting the size during your purchase, if you create an account and submit your measurements, your order may not need alterations. In cases where you do need alterations, please review our policy on alterations and returns.  

Measurements Not Provided

Alternatively, you have the option of placing an order and checking out without making an account (and therefore without submitting measurements). In this case, we create your order using the standard size that you have selected. Although these sizes are well thought-out by our experienced tailors, there may be instances where alterations are required. We then advise you to take your garment to your personal tailor.

Personal Tailoring

Our Made-to-Measure Personal Tailoring program is exclusively available through our traveling stylists. For more information on our traveling stylists – click here.

We suggest you choose the size that is closest to what you normally wear. If you are not familiar, convert the product’s size to your usual size, simply click "Size Chart" on every product page. This provides the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements.

Zane Barlas gives you the option to submit your measurements, which is then used to create your Made-to-Measure order. Selecting a size of the product allows us to get familiarized with your size preferences, for when purchasing off the rack. If measurements are not submitted, your order will be created using the standard size that you have selected during the order.

Yes! Since all orders are Made-to-Measure, you may provide us with your trouser size preference before checking out.

If measurements of an order placed requires changes, we provide a 24 hour time period for you to contact us.

For measurements that need to be changed and/or updated for a future order, you may do so by logging in to your account and making the appropriate changes.

Although it is advisable to follow the guide provided to you by Zane Barlas, you may use measurements taken by your tailor, as long as the required measurements are being submitted.

The Zane Barlas measurement process is designed for home use and does not require a tailor. Anyone can measure themselves with the help of a friend as the process is simple and quick.

The measuring process employed at Zane Barlas is unique and designed to match your body profile. Measuring other garments does not provide the same accuracy and hence is strongly not recommended.

The measurements you submit are all used as reference so our tailors have a good understanding when creating your custom suit. Using your measurements, our tailors will combine their experience in cutting and pattern making to construct your custom suit. Zane Barlas Corporate Service offers companies and organizations the opportunity to dress employees and participants, both men and women, uniformly and representative for events and fairs. We help you to choose from our large selection of fits and fabrics to create an outfit.

We take measurements of those wearing the outfits at either our headquarters in Toronto or at your location. Upon delivery of the outfits, you have the option of having a tailor present to make any alterations should it be necessary.

Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired size is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means this size is out of stock. If you have special requests concerning sizing and availability, please email our Customer Care department. Zane Barlas does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

We aim to make online shopping as simple and straightforward as possible. You can browse through our store which is categorized by product. If you know what you are looking for, you can select the category in the left tab of the collection or simply search for the item. You can also browse and make purchases using our Shop by Look section. Once you have found an item of your liking, select your size and use the Add to cart button. If you don't know your size, you can refer to our size chart. Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the cart icon in the top right corner. You can use the remove-button to delete items from your cart. Click on check out to go to the page where you can complete your order.

1-Visa, MasterCard, or American Express - Using a SSL encrypted credit card processor.
2-PayPal, a heavily encrypted third party payment processor. PayPal is a secure form to pay and used by millions of people daily. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
