Alterations & Returns
At Zane Barlas we believe that your suit just has to fit right. If your suit is anything less than perfect let us know and we’ll do everything possible to make it right. After all it’s all about you with Zane Barlas.
If your item requires any adjustments or alterations, Zane Barlas will provide you with a credit of $70 dollars to get it altered locally by a tailor. To apply for alteration credit, contact us via email with "Alteration" as the subject and your order number.
It is important to note that if you have not provided your measurements (and have selected one of our ready to wear sizes), you will not be able to apply for alteration credit.
- You will be provided with an alteration form. To apply for alteration credit, you will be required to have the alterations form filled by the tailor indicating the changes needed in measurement and to what area(s).
- Send us back the alteration form
You are required to send us the completed alterations form for our team to assess the modifications. Please keep in mind, our tailors work with the measurements provided by you. It is important to follow the measurements guide as thorough as possible.
Alteration Credit can be applied within 30 days of the order being shipped. Once Zane Barlas processes the alteration refund, it will show a credit in your statement after 7-10 days.
If the order is damaged, Zane Barlas will remake it for you because we want your complete satisfaction. To apply for a remake, please contact us within 7 days of your order being shipped for our service team to review.
Zane Barlas has the complete the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where there is lack of evidence of damage. We cannot remake items based on customization changes. Individuals are responsible for return shipping costs of remade items.
If in the case that you are not totally satisfied with your item you can apply for a return. To be considered eligible for return, an item should be postmarked to Zane Barlas within 14 days of its ship date.
Only products that are in unworn and good condition will be accepted. Zane Barlas has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
If the items have been altered or adjusted in any way Zane Barlas will not accept the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Packages received at the Zane Barlas head office that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the customer without a refund.If the items were a part of a promotion, they should all be returned to process a full refund. Items kept with the customer or not shipped will be charged at full market value.
